Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho could be set for a sensational return to the club he left five years ago, according to the Irish Daily Star.


Reports from Spain indicate that the Real Madrid boss is disillusioned with life at the Bernabeu following the club’s stuttering start to the season which currently sees them trailing main rivals Barcelona by eight points in La Liga and could be heading back to London where his daughter Tita has recently enrolled at an art college.

Tita will be accompanied by Mourinho’s wife Matilde, a move which some see as a clear indication that the family see their immediate future in London rather than Madrid.

The fact that the “Special One” has restored his relationship with Blues owner Roman Abramovich and has spoken openly of his desire to return to management in the Premier League at some stage has only added fuel to the rumours that a return to Stamford Bridge could be imminent.

Following a sensational first season at the helm in Madrid last year which saw Real win both La Liga and the Copa del Rey, things are a lot tougher this time out.

There have been rumours of dressing room discontent, with Cristiano Ronaldo amongst others speaking out out against Mourinho’s tactics, while Mourinho himself has been vocal in his criticism of club captain and legend Iker Casillas for what he sees as a string of poor performances so far this campaign.

The mercurial Portuguese manager is also reported to have fallen out with a number of other key figures at the club over their failure to respond to daily criticism of his tactics in the press and, as a family-oriented individual, might feel that he would be better served by a return to the Premier League with Chelsea sooner rather than later.

Already got Cahill, Ivanovic, JT, Kalas ( though now keep play RB ), Chalobah ( again, now CDM at Watford).

I dont know, but Luiz needs to buck up. Other defenders make mistakes that still can easily cover up by teammate.
But Luiz always lose ball/challenge/man mark at vital positions that usually cost us a goal.

+1, rafa have a poor management skill when come to buying and selling player, but this not gonna happen when roman is around, but he is a good coach and with great tactical ability.

I'm going to just say this:

If Roman backs up Rafa in January's window, (with the assumption that Rafa wants certain of players that Chelsea's FD thinks fit the overall play Chelsea is using) then its a matter of time before Rafa succeeded.

Back in Liverpool the owner always short-changed Rafa. If RA doesn't short-change Rafa, then the only thing that will destroy Chelsea under Rafa are player's egos.

Otherwise, its almost one-step to glory.

well  as much as a manager many dislike , still hope he can bring back the old torres , start scoring goals for us ,and buckle up our def at the back ,give them a spanking .
