With Chelsea ready to cash in on Daniel Sturridge, the Daily Star reports that Rafa Benitez will be allowed to go on a January splurge by owner Roman Abramovich. The purported spree comprises of moves for Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho, who has a £28.5million buy-out clause in his contract, a £20m swoop for Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini and a £48m raid on Atletico Madrid for striker Falcao.

wow if we really targeting moutinho, we really need to offload torres at around 25-30m. that will significantly ease the transfer burden.

maybe ramires is on the way out as well? haha just my wild imagination

releasing big wages like Droga, Anelka, Malouda & Kalou has got us space to lure the likes of Hazard..Mata, Oscar, Moses salaries is not that much..i think we will offload Lampard as well due to his high salary unless he willing to accept some cut..

I think hes on his way out since there is no talk on his contract renewal same goes to cole. As things pan out it is more sensible to keep cole rather than lampsy. I hope he stays as back room staff

don't see mikel will be sold anytime soon. he is essential in the team formation. although he doesn't contribute much during attacking, his defensive abilities in the middle of the park is awesome. the question here is who to partner him?

No offense, always think that he is redundant to the team. Essien is much better if there is no injury. Romeu also , no mikel..

Piazon and Marin start hopefully. Hazard shouldn't even be on the bench, he's seriously overplayed.
