QUOTE(Rhicebowl @ Nov 19 2012, 02:23 PM)
I think lukaku would be great for chelsea. If i were a chelsea fan, i would want him to be the main man. Offload torres for cut price, and get lukaku back. Torres should be able to fetch 15 million. I would make lukaku the main man and buy a youngster as development.
Thats what i would do if i am playing championship manager with chelsea laugh.gif
*
can offload, the issue is not selling price is more on the personal terms. Can others pay his hefty wage demand? similar to malouda now, we want to sell no one is willing to pay his wage.

call back lukaku! then torres would moan "chelsea telah luka-kan-a-ku"

QUOTE(Rhicebowl @ Nov 19 2012, 04:06 PM)
Well since he is not thriving in chelsea, why not let him try in another club. Its always better to see a player thrive than to see him slowly wither. Lol but i think chances of him ending up in united is too slim. Else i think he may be first player to hop between liverpool chelsea and united rclxms.gif
*
loan him to 2nd tier team like bellamy or loan to QPR

only a win and juve loses in the next match will guarantee our place in the knock out round. which i see a mountain to climb with this type of performance. why la try this formation @ crucial time?

kind of expecting this will come, but not this soon. Guess RA wants PG (its in his wishlist all along), RDM was never his choice.

who over joins as manager/coach I'll support CFC, its RAs toy he can do whatever he wants. Does he give shite of what the fans think? hell no (cue glazers).

now we can see that torres can never be dropped (cue sheva lead to the sacking of JM). well for the new manager/coach good luck and all the best filling the hottest seat in BPL (heck make it the world).

K T B F F H!

Arrivederci RDM!

With Benitez you can expect lots of tinkering, experimenting and frequent squad rotation. It has it's own pros and cons.
*
no different from our good old ranieri, hes also a tinkerman. NOthing wrong with that, most of us also criticising RDM for sticking with the same trio up front, now a tinkerman came and we condemn? adoi... the only 2 reasonable justification as to why RA hired rafa is 1) hes UCL winner 2) formation wise it would not change much as compared to RDM.

since benitez here , do you guys think he prefer spaniad player?

maybe romeu , azpi  will be regular starter
*
maybe, he is a stern believer in squad rotation and brave enough to change formation to counter the opposition, not sticking to one tactics. with our squad depth i think he will be able to lift us from the slump and the most important thing is to fix our leaky defense.

one thing worries me tho, is his zonal marking preference (remember when iva scored 2 past them in UCL semi back then?) this will be our new nightmare.

It really feels like the late 90s again, where managers come and go. Remember Gullit, Vialli, Rix and Ranieri back then? I guess it's been a tradition for the club that we couldn't be sticking to just one gaffer (like MU or Arsenal or even Everton!)

Even if we get Pep next summer, I wonder how long will he last. My bet would be as long as he keep winning trophies, but heck even RDM won 2 last season and still get the chop even though we are just halfway through the season.

probably the dream of Gerrard to Chelsea finally become reality? it's been plotted by Roman since day 1. it's total conspiracy to partnering Gerrard+Torres in Chelsea. Then, Roman may snatch Carragher, Kenny Dalglish, Ian Rush, McManaman and Owen to complete the puzzle.

stadium tak nak? since we take over might as well take over everything, then sell it to malaysian property tycoon to build commercial building and houses. biggrin.gif

Rafa out!
1 thing that I do not understand about Abramovic is that, does he think that a football club's success is made in a day?

And that changing manager ever so often is the best way to go about?

My friends chided me, saying that if Abramovic can't accept losses, then he might as well pull out Chelsea form BPL, and start his own league.

Your friend must be supporting liverpool or arsenal

LOL he is. But I kinda agree with what he says.
I mean, if the owner can't take losses, then why compete in the first place?

Changing manager should the taken as the last resort, and not based on whims and fancies.
Win games, then keep. Lost a few games, then out you go.

Football is a game played by the whole team (not only the manager, players, but it includes the support staff as well).
Win as a team, lost as a team. So why should the manager takes all the blame?

Anyway, I also know that Abramovic has spent a lot for Chelsea, and I understand how frustrated he may be when his beloved team does not perform.
*
You've answered your own question. RA is doing business, when doing business he wants results, whos going to take the blame if the business going south? The managing director/manager of cos. as ruthless he may be but he has bring cups to CFCs cabinet, and thats all that matters to him. I dont like it either, but business is business mang. Sentimental means jack to him.

Chelsea has lost their identity. I felt like Mata, Oscar and Hazard all out of play. Nothing special and still the old Torres.....  whistling.gif

Added on November 26, 2012, 1:02 amShevchenko or Torres. Make your pick.....  icon_question.gif

Sheva any day, cos hes old and thats a good excuse of not making runs (weak knee, busted ankle etc)

just because of one individual, you wish for a whole ship to sink along with him?

do you think this is fair to others that have put hardwork tried to steer it?

Just let it be, you know when women have their menses rite? No point talking to them just let the weather to calm and then they will realise it themselves.

We have those times when RA decided to be done with RDM, theirs havent passed.
