well its up to u , in your contract its said no epf, this is so that the company can save some money from paying your epf.....but were u given a high pay?? because they dont need to pay your epf?? Did u negotiate for something extra so they dont need to pay your epf?? well its a way to "con" staffs lo.......... its calculated that if a company dont pay epf for a staff but in return probably add a few hundred or give stuff like car + phone compensation, it is cheaper for the company, but bad for the staff cause when he reetire , he got lesser epf money. its always better for the company. i guess u can go and negotiate something now....
