 EPF, working without epf?

Yes this is true. Nowday many company is using the term 'Contract' as just to avoid to pay the EPF. Currently i'm working at PJ also and the company also did the same thing. If the agreement is stated that you're not entitled for the EPF and SOSCO then you can't do anything to them. Coz is already in the agreement. If that so your salaray should be higher than normal staff. This is why contract staff is higher salary than normal staff. Basically if you're not happy with the job you should fire them.

Yeah those company that don't want to pay EPF always will said business is bad. Sometime we have to think for ourself. EPF is our own money. This is not selfish. Who don't want money.

Even worst is my fren company is they got deduct the salary and in pay slip also stated got pay for the EPF but in account is empty. WTF. How to sue them. This is really bad bad bad.

For me EPF is a must have as a gurantte for you when you retiree.

Basically by right no matter you are part time or full time also must contribute in EPF.

By the way 10%, i taught the new rule is 11% from your side and 12% from your company.

If it work i think the company alr cry many times.
My fren told me he saw before KWSP ppl came to their office. Then he also saw bfore nearly 40 letter from SOSCO where it said Caruman Lewat Bayar.

Is our money you know.
They are boss. When they earn money they keep it all then will said aihhh business not good so this year no bonus lah. No earn money 100% say no bonus lah.
