1) Why do you want to get pay 10% less?? For 10% that you pay into EPF. the employer/company has to put in another 10%. If you do not want EPF, you lose 10% of you additional income that the company that do not has to pay into EPF.2) Who say you must wait until 55 to get the money out?? You can take out 30% of the money to pay for your house. It is a way to get you house down payment.
