EPF, working without epf?

im currently working on contract basis with one the it company in pj
in my contract it stated that im not entitle for epf?is this legal? i only notice this after 8 months... what im suppose to do now? what if my company refuse to pay my epf?can they fire me if i demnd for a epf ? |
