Seller has the right to sell to whoever with higher price what? You haven't bank in money mah. It's not against the law. Even items display in a shop with price tag. When u take the item to counter to pay. The owner can say "I boh song u I dun want to sell u." It's not illegal. U can only boh song him lah. Same case with the gc case. Can only boh song him only.

it happen to me so many time..i have to wait for seller 1 hour at lrt after that he said he dun want to sell to me...got better offer..but i dun mine coz he has the right want to sell it or not...maybe this situation happen to me next time..

OK. I don't intend to FFK anyone here. I am just waiting for your reply to see how you gonna reply. I have let the other one know that, if you're not letting it go, I will not sell to him. Not to FFK you, just trying my luck. If you let it go, then I take the higher offer, if you insist it, then I should keep my promise to sell it to you. It just that. Nothing more nothing less.

I'm not defending against my pride here. If you gonna blacklist me, be so. The item is reserved to you anyway. So if you wanna buy, you can either bank in today or tomorrow.

That's just want to see how he reply. You want me to show what I PM to the other forumer? I have told the other buyer if Torniquet is letting it go, I sell to the other one. If not, I will sell to Torniquet instead.

Yes, buyer has the right to sell it off to those who can offer a higher price. But as for me, I see according to one's opinion whom I already reserved. If I haven't reserved for anyone, I take high offer ofcourse. But since its already reserved, I can't do that right away. If one going to let it go, then I sell it off to a higher offer. Although he haven't bank in to me, I still need to talk to him about it, so its not like I not going to sell to him unless he offered me >=RM610.


P/S: If I were to defend myself here, I've already explain to him in PM instead here. It shows that he don't want to spoil my name without stating out my nick the first place. Very nice of him actually.

Different example lah. Trading consist of exchange of benefits between 2 parties. In your case no benefit exchange yet mah. U haven't lost a cent he haven't sell to u.

I agree with you. Even sometime i reserve my item for someone else already..den another fellar cme and offer me extra rm50..why not i take out that offer? Since he havent bankin. If he does..den i need to reject the extra rm50 offer. If not..i will gladly inform the previous buyer the situation and ask him to increase his offer. If not..i m sorry.

maybe next time, you could also sell to a person who wants it at a higher price even though it has been booked. same concept

Then its totally pointless. Whats the point of testing the buyer ? Just tell him straight that u want him to increase his offer, if not u will sell to the other buyer. It's just as simple as that. Test here and there, awwwwwwww man.

I told you that I don't expect him to increase any offer. I wanna see if he going to insist in buying or just letting it go. You know, some people might say "Since you got a higher offer, better you sell to him lar". This is what my test is all about. Since he wants me, I let it go to him then. I know you think that the test is about to see whether he wants to increase the offer or not. But that's not it.

Im sure, 99.9% of ppl will be mad, and say that when the seller tell them about that. It's totally unreasonable for the so-called test. If u want to sell him the item, just let him know that u have a better offer but ur still willing to sell it to him as he was the first one who booked it. If not, just tell him straight that u need to reject his offer. There's no need for whatsoever test, unless u need to marry him so u need to know his personality more.

You fail!! What you call 'TEST' is something shit. . . should use a better method, let say like you can tell the buyer 'If you didn't bank in the money before datetime xx:xx:xx, then I will sell the items to others!!'!!

Do what you have promise to the buyer, you can only sell the items to others if the buyer break the rules.

seller's explaination on "Testing" the buyer is total crap. I am not buying this explaination because clearly he either wanted the buyer to offer higher price or he want to sell to someone else. So, just be honest with your motive. Don't give stupid explanations.

Having said that...buyer also does not need to be so mad. It's just clear real life trading issues. You buying a secondhand car. Then you said "Okay, I come and pay money tomorrow". Then another person offer the sales man RM100 more for the car. Sales man is greedy and sold to this guy. Then salesman call you and said got another person want to buy and pay more. Naturally your response would be either take it at higher price or leave it.

So, legally there's nothing wrong here. Only morally wrong. Salesman greedy cause want to make more profit. Then again...you said paying tomorrow but what if you didn't pay? Suddenly tomorrow you said saw another car better price, don't want his car already. How? People can pay immediately and higher price..that give them certain advantage in any business transaction. Period.

buyer wants to get the best deal and seller want to get the best price out of their item.

why is it seller can choose to sell to the highest price offer but buyer must stick to one seller, i mean if they havent agree to complete the deal, and they found a better deal elsewhere, why not they take tat item instead?
