Seller has the right to sell to whoever with higher price what? You haven't bank in money mah. It's not against the law. Even items display in a shop with price tag. When u take the item to counter to pay. The owner can say "I boh song u I dun want to sell u."  It's not illegal. U can only boh song him lah. Same case with the gc case. Can only boh song him only.
