QUOTE(epsilon_chinwk86 @ Mar 2 2006, 11:33 AM) I cut it off from the bunch using normal scissors and cut off the leftover plastics( OMFG the gurus here gonna LOL hard at me) using a nailclipper. last time i also use nailclippers to cut the parts from the tree. now the nailclipper blunt already so i bought a proper cutter from a local hardware shop. rm10 only

QUOTE(young_soul @ Apr 5 2006, 10:02 AM) btw, can nobody help me? it may sound obvious, but try pushing in the arms all the way. if cannot, make sure its the correct polycap inside the upper arm. if its the correct polycap, you can trim the insides of the polycap a bit using knife/file or whatever

not sure if i've posted them here yet, but here's some pics of my 1/144 astray red frame. i should've waited for the 1/100 scale. would've saved me alot of trouble painting it QUOTE(320cbr @ Apr 10 2006, 03:37 PM) I was wandering whether the term 'modelling' is correct or not my opinion, modelling refers to models who show off fashion stuff thing it can also mean 3D modelling. but for plastic models, we assemble, we mod, we paint, we pose so which part is 'modelling'? they are after all gundam model kits, so i guess whatever we do to them is considered modelling

if you wanna spray, you might as well cover them seam lines and spray the whole kit. there's no spray that can reproduce the bling2 of the original coating

what's so terrible about the 1/100 IJ? from the looks of it, the proportions dont look as bad as 1/100 SF (okay, that was a bad comparison), but still...ok what?
if you're complaining about the skinny legs, maybe its just optical illusion due to the white-colored shin area. and it's about time bandai made an NG 1/100 kit with 130º bendable arms
