Didn't really test out 1RM, these are 3-5 RM.
Started lifting 7 months ago, still a newbie. No belts / straps.
Bench : 180 lbs
Squat : 230 lbs
Deadlift : 270 lbs
680 lbs.
178 cm, 70 kg.
