QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Nov 8 2012, 12:35 AM) so how to know the usb cable can carry how many amps? Usually you have to trust the manufacturer, but then, if you know the AWG rating and length, you can make a calculated guess as to the theoretical max rating. Typically thicker cable = higher amperage possible

QUOTE(afad @ Nov 8 2012, 12:40 AM) yup, that's the one it's from my E75 the samsung cable too short. . I cant use it bcos my power point is beneath my table.. And using the samsung one, it can only reach max at the edge of the table It feel like can fall down anytime Why la samsung As to the samsung cable.....wtf why they go and copy the fruit co's lousy design......how many fruit users have you seen with the cable crapped up at the connector joint??? I've seen LOTS of them and they know this is a problem. The nokia designs are really good and sturdy. AND, the Galaxy S2's cable was very similar to the nokia designs. What kind $@#$## brained marketeer in Samsung thought it a good idea to copy fruit down to the last detail, including the crappiness of the cable.

Added on November 8, 2012, 12:54 amQUOTE(fik92 @ Nov 8 2012, 12:51 AM) kucipa case , ultra thin . haha , still avail? Bro I bought this case from your shop. I like it, but I don't think it will fit the dock. Firstly coz there's a dust plug at the usb socket, and I think the case is 1.5mm or so thick, so if the dock engineering tolerance is made only to fit ngam ngam the shape of the Note2, then definitely cannot ler. QUOTE(crazyissac @ Nov 8 2012, 01:01 AM) damn~~i draw too much on snote tonight untill the battery 0% i also not notice....charger and cable left in office....no phone use now..=_+ wanam 1.5 out ady~huhu~ Go Lowyat, buy 2 galaxy S2 cables...keep one in pocket or bag, one at home. Keep the white one back in its box. As mentioned in my earlier post, the samsung cables after S2 suck ass, since it copies crapple's design. If you are an ex fruit user, I'm quite sure you know when your cable will break at the joint.

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Nov 8 2012, 01:05 AM) my Lumia cable better. I prefet the older version nokia they design especially the usb part with thicker insulation compare to iphone Absolutely agree. It's not "insulation", but the stress relief sleeve. crApple cable is all smooth with no grippiness and without stress relief sleeve so that the cable will look clean and smooth......oi leng mm oi meng....

http://www.androidauthority.com/microsoft-...censing-129604/ExFAT has two inherent advantages over other file systems: exFAT is lighter than NTFS, which comes with a bigger data structure overhead. While NTFS is appropriate for desktop and notebook computers, this is not the case in portables. exFAT doesn’t come with the file size limits in FAT32.Additionally, exFAT supports bigger file sizes by five times compared to FAT, which it is designed to supersede. Read and write access speed is also improved. Case in point, exFAT is actually scalable up to 512 TiB, and even up to a theoretical 64 ZiB (that’s about a billion terabytes). exFAT also offers better cross-platform support, such as between Windows and OS X. How much pr0n can one carry?.....

QUOTE(crazyissac @ Nov 8 2012, 11:15 PM) 39% from 9pm just now i plug my phone to pc 11pm now still 39%....wat's wrong ? QUOTE(Xabrius @ Nov 8 2012, 11:18 PM) The usage and charging ratio is 1 : 1 Xabrius is right. You have something running in the background that sucks up as much juice as your PC can put in. Either kill all background apps and keep it dead, or plug to something with higher amperage. I find it sometimes happens to my devices when plugged to my 2A car charger and using GPS and music player with max screen brightness.

Saturday will go to service center and ask for replacement Slavish copying of crApple products....the headphones and the USB cable...shit apple designs.....

QUOTE(shchiam1978 @ Nov 8 2012, 11:30 PM) My note one headset connector looks solid compare to the note 2 Uh..I don't use my headset much, but if that is the case, then it's slavish copying + greed....shaving off a few microns on the cable thickness.....to the accountant, if 0.5mm cable is 3sen cheaper than 0.6mm, then 3m units x 3sen = 90k

QUOTE(crazyissac @ Nov 8 2012, 11:36 PM) but last time i didnt hv this issues before i get to arhd and redpill frm wanam&perseus... or my cable "mati" ady ?o.0"" PC USB ports usually pump out up to 700mA, although spec specifies 500mA. 700mA is about equal to S2 charger. This means that on idle, your note is sucking at least that much juice, so in=out. Install Quick System Info pro and Better Battery Stats to see what's running. Or shutdown, then restart your phone fresh and see if same behaviour happens. If it doesn't, this means some background process is sucking your juice previously.

QUOTE(antt00 @ Nov 8 2012, 11:48 PM) What is dummy hw control. Kernel is not firmware. Kernel can change charging rate. Perhaps sifu is used to a different kind of device control behaviour. Well, in a sense, kernel can be considered firmware where devices like phones are concerned. There's some specifiable switch in build.prop or an init.d script or a kernel compile switch that can increase allowable charging voltage.
