thanks for sharing but at the moment google account once you sync it will be backup. You can access all this contacts from your gmail contacts account. Future u just need sign in to another android phone your contact will auto sync.

Tribunal is very good solution but please dont just report blindly.

Provide sufficient information for them to help you like maybe

1) Chronological events
2) Person name/rank/time/ date to the persons you talk to
3) A detailed explaination of your problems
4) Collect as many evidence/information to support you.

I have reported before i can tell you they are quite efficient. For me was maxis and panasonic their representative of the respective company will call you to double and triple confirm to make sure your problem is resolved.

Actually the over sensitive spen I found out is due to oily on the screen once u wipe it then it works fine.

I also dunno what u mean problem. I got 2 note 2 white also no issue.

The charger hissing sound seems is normal already
The over senstivie s pen to me is due to oil on the screen

Then we hear a few complaints 10 out of 3millions complaint restart itself

But base on that probability u are unlikely to get one that is faulty but if u do u hell of a bad luck

Yeap nothing much to worry. If u are planning to buy htc one x then I can tell u a list of problems haja

Anyway skmm maxis with note 2
