The name manhattan itself costs some huge amount of money, is it? No wonder Manhattan Fish Market price increased already.

Bro, with a very low ROI of 5% and price of RM784K, we need roughly RM3300/month. If ROI 7%, we need about RM4500/month. can get?

Yup i agree with u. see potential in manhattan kl
but honestly, there are many2 others that are better due to location near to pavilion and klcc and cheaper than manhattan
