Since Big Ipad is somewhat unchanged since the original launched in 2010, I think a visit to shops that sell china stuff cheap can get you a new SP for RM7 or RM9 for matte ones. Since the price for SP and installation is around RM35-40 in most HandPhone Shop. You can buy 2 to learn and install and still be cheaper than the shops. Usually the thicker the SP the easier for it to install , Clear ones are very tricky because they are thinner and you end up with lots of bubbles and the feel of swipe is a bit frictional if you bought the really cheap ones. Use the matte ones and you can usually install in 1 easy step because it is thicker and the feel of swipe is better.

Lucky I put matte SP on my Ipad 2 only, not retina. If I get Ipad with Retina screens I also now thinking where to get thick and clear SP cheaply. like under 10 ringgit. Or I will order from China from Taobao.
