I need at least 8 gig internal memory. Previously bought experia j for my mum. Cannot install some apps due small memory. Too bad, cant install on sdcard for ics/jb.

no, not normal hsdpa but DC-HSPA+ .
http://www.maxis.com.my/personal/hsi/Mobile_FAQ.pdf
in malaysia, hspa+ first introduced by umobile. maxis n celcom only implemented hspa+ around 2011 . not sure about digi.

the speed is faster than normal hsdpa but slower than LTE, not all android phone support this but most of 2012 high end android phone got this feature like gnote 2, s3, xperia T n etc but all the phone mentioned is over my budget.
The data speed for normal hsdpa only around 14.4 Mbps but with hspa+ can reach 42.2 Mbps
