Not only that lar. Samsung has made a reputation for themselves for the last decade. It's not just marketing/. 
They have the technologies to built....CPU, GPU, RAM, LCD/LED screens etc. Even Apple depends on them for the components because Samsung can do quality in quantity. Other phonemakers like HTC...they have no technology...only depends on other suppliers.Furthermore, Samsung SC is quiet decent....will be way better than ASUS. ASUS Service is legendary...SUCKY.
