Pardon me Bro. U re using csl? Care to share with us ur experienced.

Thats y bro... I read thru the stealth thread. Majority of them are very2 satisfied with their phone. Got one or 2 fella got issues with their battery, but thats still cover under warranty. And stealth had gps lock prob. But overall they satisfied with their phone. Stealth come with SP, tangle-free earphone and a book cover. So, i would say it a complete package phone

Csl on the other hand still no official user thread here in lowyat. And, as many csl phone b4, the phone is quite questionable abt the quality. But the spec is more tempting!

Desire v is another option by well known company, HTC. Can get by rm899 by u mobile package U28. But of course the price is quite high if compared with the spec. Its common for HTC right, always pricey because of the brand

Now, dunno which one to buy.. Sigh...

I have used the CSL Mi501 for a month now, and everything seems fine to me. The quality is a LOT more better than most other CSL phones, and it feels quite premium too.

It scored 5989 on Antutu, so it performs quite well for it's price. The 512 ram, although thought by many to be unusable, is sufficient for the phone.

My main problem is the camera. Video recording to be exact. You can only record up to 480p, but I guess thats what you get for the price.

Battery life can last the whole day with gaming, wifi, phone calls and etc, which is very satisfying. Browsing is fast and easy. The phone is also very responsive.

The casings for this phone are going on sale this Saturday, which I will take a look at soon.

Overall, this is a really good phone in it's price range, and is something that all budget conscious users should consider.

Best smartphone in that price range, CSL Mi501 if you want a large screen, dual sim and dual core. If you want a smaller screen, dual core but only need one sim, Xperia Sola, U and go. If you want a large phone with a complete package but only one core, Ninetology Stealth.

1. Brand - won't really matter, though i'm a fan of SE last time
2. Budget - max 2.2k
3. Specs - Camera MP at least 5, GPS
4. What you need in the phone  -  camera phone with good photo quality, smooth UI, decent battery life. mainly
using it for web, messaging, taking photo and games(seldom).
i'm planning to get a new phone, currently using satio. Noticed that many phones currently doesn't have xenon flash or maybe i'm too outdated on this technology. Not really in a hurry to change, so recommendations on future releases are welcome too. Thanks a lot.  smile.gif
*
Samsung Galaxy SIII, LG Nexus 4, Sky Vega Racer 2, and Sony Xperia TX are some of the phones i would recommend.

I didn't know about the Sky Vega racer until I read the one of the threads. Seems like a really amazing phone.

Xiaomi is from China, but although it's hard to get your hands on one of them, the result is really, really, really worth it.

QUOTE(Sib @ Nov 17 2012, 11:54 PM)
hi guys, my last android device is sony wt19i and then move to lumia 800

but due to d hassle of WP devices, i'm thinking of changing back to android.

budget max rm900

main usage : lots of picture taking at construction site, usual call, sms and others depends on apps. my main concern is d easiness to transfer files from d phone to d pc

so i alr set my target on galaxy nexus, 2nd is at rm900 but more cheaper alternative is xperia go.

sadly acro s n xperia s is out of my budget and hard to find used ones.

any ideas? very much appreciate the feedback

thx  icon_rolleyes.gif

Xperia Sola is a good choice. If you like big screen, there is the CSL Mi501 and Ninetology Stealth. Xperia Go is good too.

Hi sifus, wanna ask, is the Alcatel OT-997D any good? Might be able to get one at about rm7++, thxs.
*
It's specs are all good, but the main problem with that specific model is the durability. If you are very careful with you phone, then go ahead. If not, than try the Xperia Sola, CSL Mi501 and Xperia Go. All of them have dual core and are at the 7++ price range.

Guys, I have a dilemma here. would like to hear some recommendation for one x or s3 or other equivalent phones. thank you!

1. htc and samsung, one x and s3
2. Budget below 1.8k
3. specs between one and s3
4. good camera, good battery life

thanking in advance!
*
Between those two, take the S3. Other than that, try the Pantech Sky Vega Racer 2 and LG Nexus 4.

CSL Mi501, because the CSL Mi501 has dual core, while Ace Plus and HTC one V both only have single core. CSL Mi501 has a larger screen too.
