in malaysia, hspa+ first introduced by umobile. maxis n celcom only implemented hspa+ around 2011 . not sure about digi.
the speed is faster than normal hsdpa but slower than LTE, not all android phone support this but most of 2012 high end android phone got this feature like gnote 2, s3, xperia T n etc but all the phone mentioned is over my budget.
The data speed for normal hsdpa only around 14.4 Mbps but with hspa+ can reach 42.2 Mbps
