And Sg underwater cable connects direct to Perth making DOTA 2 for Perth gamer at 100ms below to SEA server.

Must be something wrong with their ISP or they isolated the line for themselves.

the server is located in sydney.

I know the server is loacted at Sydney but why the ping difference is so high. Perth to SEA server is 100ms below and Perth to Sydney is also at least 100ms below. Meaning we should have at least 150ms below to Sydney server.

Oh, It seems the underwater cable Sg to Perth is under repair until 28th Jan 2013. =.= .. need to wait until its fix to know the actual ping time since they divert the network traffic.

whenever there are new hero,sometimes there r newbs try to use the new hero but keep feeding,underfarmed,abandon game n so on..but keep blaming others..that is the irritation..that is my answer but idk about Instant_noodle's answer..
