Normally, I train around 4pm a few of hours after lunch. Then have dinner a couple of hours after finish around 6pm (I always include 40-45 minutes moderate cardio after weight training because Im trying to lose weight).
Don't know if it is better/worse/optimal than morning but it's better than not working out so all is good |
