300+ apps and forced closed only right after update I believe. Just clear RAM and try again. If still force close, restart phone and you're good to go.

upgrade to latest firmware via OTA last friday (i dono it's JB onot)...den at night the phone auto off for the 1st time...i remove the battery and on again...it's working...and this morning...it's dead again...cant turn it on until now ...

btw..the battery life is sucks since i upgrade

I update 4.1.1 last week, I feel this version is more stable n save battery than ICS.

Anywhere guys, I install green power free (battery stat) for my s3.why I must only can deactived data network mode by this software?i cant use the stock icon to deactived data network :-(

Never rooted, official jellybean updated through official Kies.

All is good no problem, battery life similar while on ICS.
Overall good.

I suggest flash official stock and unroot it. Then send to sc cos maybe...maybe battery issue.

Ok my fren S3 has a problem here.

After updated to JB, his facebook photos all auto sync to his gallery.

Any ideas how to hide or remove this? Before update, his facebook photos never shown in his gallery.

I tried clear RAM, clear cache, restart... still the same, any idea???

I just upgrade from ICS to JB(Unrooted) but i found out that JB is really battery consuming...is there any way to settle it?

or can we still downgrad to ICS? thanks

I also had issues with battery life after update to JB but it is now good (back to normal)

Suggest no need to downgrade to ICS yet. For me
1. Disable Google Now (for now)
2. Do only 1 full discharge (to 0 batt and then full charge)
3. After that use as per normal and charge once hits 20% (You can also charge it once hits below 40% if you like)
=> After few days, you will enjoy good battery (in my experience)

Factory reset may help too, but since I did not have issues, I did not do it.
No need reset battery stats (with CWM) as already Google Engineer explained not needed normally

Google Now for Malaysia JB is really battery draining and suggest you only enable it if you like it/need it until maybe next JB update for MY?

The only one samsung service centre is at Lowyat..4th floor i guess...recently just helping my friend sending S Adv there..3 days working got back Hp...if send any nearest samsung sc also they will send to lowyat..it take like 7days working becoz phone been transfer from sc to main sc ....

Pro tip: Make sure no cracked apps

Do you have 2 launchers running? Am using Nova Prime with Touchwiz killed (using Home Manager app)
