noted, but even the service centre, this morning when we asked to upgrade the JB, they themself inform JB for s3 have bug and not stable sweat.gif, recommend to stay with ics, once stable can do free upgrade even-thou warranty finish nod.gif

I got, i did try to nego with service centre, by default not cover by warranty... sweat.gif hope KL approved, if approved they will proceed with changing of the whole casing.

hey, I assume u are the same guy in their FB,

guess what, me bring good news,

This morning I send my white S3 due to back cover yellowish and hairline crack..

they call me around 6pm and inform they change the whole casing FOC.

I pick it up and check+test and confirm the issue has been resolved..

if u store in the internal memory, yes, if memory should be there

btw based on service centre feedback, confirm that JB for S3 not stable yet.. they will deploy a fix soon..

if calar due to fall (if u manage to nego with them) may can, they mention a lot of S3 having the same problem due to shipping and manufacturer defect

else have to buy new ori full casing.. cost rm1xx-3xx which depend on color sweat.gif seems the white one is the most expensive one laugh.gif

as for my case, at first they said cannot, after they do further checking on-site+my receipt only show that I used only roughly 3-4 months+ no proof of fall at all (scratch and etc), they take into the warranty and inform me waiting for KL /HQ to approve..

If HQ approve-> walla new casing.

Go to service centre, and if talk like taikor (for example) and demand this and that..

BUT in TnC (they can use this-which they did) mention yada2 cosmetic part not cover by warranty.

and other but, they can choose to close the eye to TnC and accept ur unit for warranty nod.gif

based on insider info, quite a no S3 crack has been fixed, this is due when they sampai to related customer less then a month have crack sweat.gif

The parts already in SC (based on what they said, since they keeping stock for S3 casing-due the cracking case happen quite a no), either HQ approve or not is another case.

I was pointing to the part they accept ur unit at the first place for warranty or not. If they accept, there is a high posibilities u can get the warranty
