Who are these pre-ipo shareholders? I had anticipated earlier that AAX would perform much better than Astro since all AAX investors bought at the same RM1.25 IPO price c.f. Astro in which employees purchased at special price (lower than RM3 IPO.)

Will the same fate be possible to the upcoming Sona Petroleum and Ranhill IPOs?

I'm not so sure about it. If I remembered correctly, got some private investors invested in AAX. The cost per share is below rm 1. This happen few years back when AAX is private entity.

AAX, airline industry, it's not everyone's cup of tea. i had expected it to move downwards below IPO price. will enter when price is right

point no 3 is not true. ASTRO employees get their share same price like public. *Astro employee here* Bosses yang paling pening kepala sebab lot offer besar and semua buat loan from bank. I heard ASTRO ipo tu ada some VVIP yang dapat saham for free.
