They still have 18 units.

They are smart. 22 x 40 can sell for this price. It is better than building 22x 80 link house and double the price, and even impossible to build 44 x 80 semi D and price quadruple.

I would rather get a semi D 40 x 80 for this price. 4 times the land size.

The semi D next door is selling 1.5-1.8m, 40x80. If they build semi d they have to price it at least 4 million to maintain profit margin. If build link house they have to price over 2 million. So they came up with the brilliant plan, 22x40.

Every morning jam like hell and residence from canary have to drive further up to u turn start to jam like others.

Not expert la, just my personal view on this project only. Similar price can get you semi D next door, bigger space bigger land. Or link house in than segar jaya 1 & 2, bigger space and bigger land, or semi d in taman segar perdana, bigger space and bigger land.

Those are not new but definitely more value for money and make more sense if one was to buy for investment or own stay.

3 or 4 storey on 20x40 land and selling at this price is a joke. No offense to buyers of this cavalry residence. If for own stay, whatever makes you happy, for investment, prepare to get burnt.
