They can settle "amicably" because they believe that they've done nothing wrong. Since the BNM still have not officially said it's a Ponzi scheme (or have they?), they can still claim to be the wronged party... and thus, the use of the word "amicably"

The statement that it occurs every 824 years isn't even true. October 2011 and March 2014 has 5 Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Every month that has 31 days that starts on Saturday has 5 Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. They don't even check if it's true before sharing this faulty message
