QUOTE(David900924 @ Sep 7 2013, 11:19 PM) will you guys suggest nexus 10 RM849 over samsung ativ smart 500T RM1599 ? I thought of getting 10 inch tablet for business purpose, especially for sales presentation which required high quality sharp display from all angle and enable bluetooth keyboard without any lag issue when typing. Does it support pen touch? Can it: Able to play 1920x1080 video with no graphic lag or stuck. satisfaction color and brightness imaging when browsing website. under low light and sun light? Does it have high reflective screen, like a mirror when the screen is completely black? Ativ 500 better. I'm confuse about ativ 500. Some people sell 1599. Some sell 2199. Seems like spec got huge different although both still use atom. You better check properly whether got different model.

I would personally not recommend Android tablets for work related stuffs unless all you ever do is reply emails or browse the web. A full blown Win8 would have greater flexibility when it comes to productivity. You can connect a keyboard and mouse and it would turn into a full blown PC/notebook. Of course the best way to decide is to walk-in to Samsung booth and get both yourself to decide which suite you best.

QUOTE(cheatz92 @ Sep 7 2013, 10:21 PM) you guys have light leak problems? Yes, it seem like iPad 2 fiasco. From what I seen, my SME set fare better than the used US set I bought. Perhaps first batch always seem to have the worst outcome.

Of course the best way to decide is to walk-in to Samsung booth and get both yourself to decide which suite you best. you are right, i got thought of that too. but I myself have a beast laptop to work with. I want a tablet I can "showcase" my works to my potential client to "watch", and then also for point-of-sale purpose, which I will require typing and I prefer a keyboard rather than typing on the screen. So I won't use it as editing or heavy work but rather as a showcase and light usage like email, typing words, browsing web. I will never take a tablet to replace my laptop because I rely much on higher performance hardware to work with. This nexus 10 got my attention for its great price with its selling point of having the "best display for tablet segment". This post has been edited by David900924: Sep 7 2013, 11:53 PM

With Google drive for documentation, actually it works for me. BUT of course, if I needed to print it out for office use, editing is needed. =D

QUOTE(David900924 @ Sep 8 2013, 07:09 AM) Â now i feel like go testing the nexus 10 later in shop and see how it goes Oh ya, and it's a shame that drive needed to be connected to Internet for editing. Haha. Of course! It's cloud! If really I can't use it, I will use Google keep, another brilliant syncing notepad. Gogogo! It's way too cheap and I got my 2nd Nexus 10 for my gal. Lol And I personally use officesuite to open doc, ppt and so too. This post has been edited by billy_overheat: Sep 8 2013, 07:15 AM

QUOTE(Andrew_1980 @ Sep 8 2013, 09:55 AM) Exynos A15? how about performance? You cant even find another A15. A15 downfall is power consumption and heat.

Performance ia good. However, due to the dense pixels. It will be a little bit, just a little bit of 'dragging' effect but it's still smooth. Loving every bit of it.

Nexus 10, S4 and Note 3 Exynos processor is using A15 architecture. And you're right. A15 failed. Not sure if A15 failed or implementation of smallBig is failed. Krait architect (A9+A15) is the best currently. Tegra 4 is using A15 also.
