To be honest, Nexus 7 is really a much desirable size and ratio. However, Google f*** it upside down.

First, it shouldn't have a Tegra3. It sucks, and more importantly, playing HD movies sucks even more. Then you have a crappy screen, with grainy look (looks like matter screen protector, but do no have any screen protector at all). Then there's the award winning speaker, which is basically just a beeper, cant hear a shit.

Nexus 10 is not totally without fault. It's huge (not just big) especially in portrait mode. Samsung was brilliant because the device is actually quite thin and the weight is evenly spread out, which make it nice to hold. The rubbery feel with the coated back is again a nice touch. It's just that you definitely see some sluggishness when scrolling in Chrome, Facebook, etc but not enough to annoy. Even iPad4 with its more powerful GPU also show the same problem but definitely better than what I see with Nexus 10.

If Nexus 7 2012, then I suggest you forget about it. I find it just a notch better than Chinese made tablets.

Wait a moment... There's something you do need to consider with Nexus 10. It's app compatibility. There are certain apps that don't really support this brilliant screen resolution yet, due to N10 not being available in all countries. Those developers in countries that sell them, no such problem. For example, our very own Astro on the go app. It does not work with N10. It's such a waste because it would be loud enough for my wife to watch HHD on it, instead of using iPad.

not entirely unplayable, but it looks damn ugly, its a shame such high resolution screen limited to low res app.

this is my first 10' android device, but if want to compare tablet apps, iPad have better tablet apps.

Same here. My eyes hurt when its not hi-res

not if the specs keep getting better while the prices keep getting cheaper...... coz lots of itchy butts are keen to upgrade.... and many more buy because of "want" and not "need".....

The trend is in to small form factor tablet and phablet right now, 10 inch tablet on the decline.
But this thing is even cheaper than the nexus 7(2013) and iPad mini.
So instant buy

will you guys suggest nexus 10 RM849 over samsung ativ smart 500T RM1599 ? I thought of getting 10 inch tablet for business purpose, especially for sales presentation which required high quality sharp display from all angle and enable bluetooth keyboard without any lag issue when typing.

Does it support pen touch?

Can it:
Able to play 1920x1080 video with no graphic lag or stuck.
satisfaction color and brightness imaging when browsing website. under low light and sun light?
Does it have high reflective screen, like a mirror when the screen is completely black?

You cant even find another A15. A15 downfall is power consumption and heat.

for those who are using pogo cable for charging.

please be aware it might damage your n10 battery.

i have a problem with my battery when i was using the pogo cable from the start. (  im guessing some dead battery cells in the battery pack)

now ive bought a replacement battery for my n10 to replace it .

my guess is that due to the fast charging on pogo cable.  it might damage the battery..
so be aware

I bought nexus 10 because already have the previous nexus 7.
At first thinking of selling my nexus 7(2012) and getting nexus 7(2013)
but the nexus 10 is so cheap. too hard to resist.

For me i m looking at Nexus 7 LTE or Nenus 10 or LG GPad 8.3. Choices aplenty. 
between Nexus 10 & 7. 

For mobility comfort u need 7" tablet. Uncle Benny can fit into his pocket wor...

If you wan gaming + mobility, Nexus 7 is better. Can bring along easily. Can be held with one hand.
If you wan to watch movie with your tab, Nexus 10 is better. High resolution.

But gaming with Nexus 10 a bit weird though, unless the game support external gaming controller. If not u have to stretch ur fingers a bit.

The price of N10 now is so cheap, I'm tempted to trade my 1st gen N7 with it. If i do get the N10, that means that I will need to bring a bag out during outings. N7 I can just hold with my hand when outing. But N10 so big, sure need to bring a bag dy. 

The N10 is a piece of nice hardware. I'm impressed with it's display when browsing through websites. Text are sharp, don't even need to zoom in to read.
