My husband and I use to be on Isotretinoin for nearly 1 year and than we stop .....seems like the best option to control our pimples as both of us have huge pimples due to generic prob.

Now our pimples did not come back after few years ....so i guess if under doctor prescription Isotretinoin should be safe.
