i said iOS6 because my friend iPhone 4 only available in iOS6

To be precise, wifi tethering started since iOS 4.3, from iPhone4 onwards. 3G/3GS only USB/Bluetooth. I'm not sure about your friend's case, but I have started using wifi hotspot with iPhone 4 + iOS 4.3.

that's weird, my friend's iPhone 4 running on iOS 4.3.5 but no hotspot option until iOS 5. If you look at the video comment, there's also a user facing the same issue. rclxub.gif

I had that issue once, but with complete recovery, it solved the issue. Alright back to N4 please. smile.gif

iOS 5 only have notification bar and it's a stolen feature from Android 1.0 this one is for sure. Feature wise, iOS is so behind. True Story.
