hahaha... i suffer da same as u bro... for example after knowing certain kits cost a fraction than the ones selling ere.... since from ruining ur passion of building modelkits i rather close one eye n see u buy it n post it up ere... to me it's the art of building it, not raising price issues or whatever... the parada i bought a little bit expensive le, around rm190 per piece... i know can get around rm150-rm160 in klang but the production date that attracts me plus not worth from my hometown to go back n forth to klang le...

by the way, Miniature hobby at pj section 14, near digital mall, just above sushi king is having yer end sales. up to 40% sales for some revell kit. u might wanna go drop by for a look.

toycity aint doing scalemodel kit biz anymore, as they have stop distribution rights wt tamiya and only bring other brands, with very less amount.. prices are 20-30% more expensive than what i would normally pay for. yes, after discount their kit is only not-expensif-to-buy.
their cheap-stuff kits already long-long-long gone kena sapu when their 1st started their buy1free1 sales.

btw.. i just lazy to add emoticon.. not angry.. just that newcomers are noob, unaware of the of the market availability and options available.
so it's better to let them know what is around and let them decide..

hmm, 30-40% discounts are a good bargain there but u know la...noobs always want to start off with fancy kits... later the model turned out bad then regretted.... i'm also still in the learning process... not much kits also i had built...
