i have the samsung usb driver installed, dont know why it cant be detected.. the usb driver is working good, because i can get the toolkit to work properly..

guys, any remedy to fix note2 screen not coming up after screen timeout?

it's like this, i root and install custom rom (hypernote), then left my phone for about 30sec and the screen goes blank (screem timeout). then i press the power button or the home button. but the screen never comeback... i've tried reflash stock rom but still the problem exist...any help appreciated.

download mode can go in..thats where i manage to reflash the stock rom...but still, when screen timeout, no way to activate it back other than reboot (long press on power button-very long till bootloader screen pop up)

i need to full wipe first before reflash stock rom? coz i also got flash the stock rom (countless time liao) even before i complete the setup stage (eg. add gmail acc/samsung acc/etc).

yep, i did full swipe/factory reset after flashing stock rom

about UV/OC - i did download Antutu and romtoolbox to play around for a while. but i thought by flashing stock rom, whatever setting should go away right?

Guys I've got a problem...
I created init.d script using notepad++ and after  I transferred it to my phone it got renamed to *nameofthefile with a suffix null. I couldnt change the permission as there was no such option. I transferred it using bluetooth...even usb didnt work

I could however create the script using root browser and set the permission.
What could be the problem...

Successfully Swap internal hdd with sdcard using method provided by Uncle Benny. After i install this software call LBE Security Master from play store, it caused the boot loop to my GN2, after a few attempt manage to uninstall the software before it launch (which cause the boot loop); subsequently, manage to download and install a working version of the software from xda, After the install I have used the cleanup trash function of the software which i think it clear the cache memory of the system. After the incident,  every time my GN2 boot it show the following message “android is updating” and “Starting apps” but still able to. (it might delay the booting for 5-8 sec) I have try to googling around and obtain some resolution including Try fixing permissions and clear the Dalvik cache with cwm. However still can’t solve the problem. Any advice?

Currently my note 2 apply sgp ultra optic. for s pen using with sgp sp overall is acceptable, sensitivity of s pen is not affected. Just I dont like sound when slide the s pen upon the sp

Was able to change permission thru /data/media as virtual sdcard bt nt thru /storage/sdcard0..duno why lol..
Latest perseus distorts the sound coming frm the speaker. Overamplified to anyone's liking..had to quickly make a script and change it on booting.

Did u try ocing gpu?
