u might b in luck, using a smaller firmware, such as mini to tftp back to the router if u can ping it... do a reset and tftp direct...
if really briked, then i am sorry, go get a GL, u cant get any < GSv5 nowadays... |

this is the most clean and not so complex version for ur gl... but if u wan u can try out the generic standard version after flahsin generic mini successfully...

ok... i need help here, i think lightning struck my modem and router, modem should b gone, but router port 1-4 still ok... but wan dunno still works or not... can any1 tell me how to test it out. thanks...

any1 teach me to flash back to linksys original firmware? i cant seem to find the guide in wiki... i need to flash it back to rma...
i bought another wrt54gl from mika bulk, goolias, dont need to flash to mini before standard? juz flash standard directly??? |

belkin can also be flashed to dd-wrt... mayb u wan to upgrade to newer beta such as sp3, i am using it now... quite stable...

i am having disconnection frequently lately, not sure y... it will just disconnect in a sudden, i found that it's my router issue... GL... some1 enlighten me what is happening? what version u guys flashed for your GLs? thanks...

firmware version and ur router "hardware" version is totally different thing...
if u wish to flash to dd-wrt, i am not too sure but u should flash to original linksys firmware then only flash to dd-wrt... if u dont wan to try out the rc... get the generic broadcom standard v23s2... about cfos i hav no idea sorry... but just go to dd-wrt wiki for more info... thanks...
