I heard that there are 2 types of collagen.
Type 1: When you stop consuming, skin is maintained as how it is after consuming a period of time.
Type 2: When you stop consuming, skin will go back to how it used to be before you started consuming.
I believe (based on logic), that if we go for fruit based (antioxidant) collagen, then it would be type 1.
But if we go for marine collagen, then it would be type 2.
Not sure if my theory is right? haha.
