sony won't give you zero pixel warranty (like lcd monitor does) for your psp. but still you need to meet a very high amount of "Dead or Stuck" pixel. approx above 15 or 20. (yup. very high)

QUOTE(abubin @ Feb 28 2006, 11:29 AM) wah...15-20 dead pixels...cannot even enjoy the game!!! yup.. quite stupid ain't it ? Thanks for this bit of info. Lesson learned : Before pay money to buy PSP...must check for dead pixel... the first thing when you are purchasing a PSP (or a DS or any related to LCD TFT screen) always check is there any dead pixel or not. kept on checking until you are satisfy. if you see there is some. (ask for exchange if there any left. Sony will let you change if you check it on the spot. then can exchange to a new one [you need to buy from them .. Duh~ once you confirm no more already. then you buy. is more likely.. that they said excuse of "you didn't check carefully. so we can't do anything and we can't exchange your psp due to our "blar blar Policy" |

QUOTE(driftmeister @ Feb 28 2006, 11:45 AM) but the problem now is yup. still correct. seller shouldn't said zero dead pixel. (if there is 8 dead pixel)the unit is with 8 dead pixels while he mentioned zero dead pixel then it's still the buyer's fault ? but buyers also need to check carefully. (you are buying a allmost a 1k product) and also. don't COD on a time when both parties are in a "rushing mood" edited: changed This post has been edited by DjiNn: Feb 28 2006, 12:25 PM |

woah . wait.. first thing.. you both (buyer and seller) did check for the first place ? and you confirm there is no dead pixel ?
you see. even with one day the psp could not grow "8-10"dead pixel per day. thats impossible. |
