I feel quite disappointed because I feel like I m not getting wat I am paying for..but my mistake too that I trust a senior member at here too much..

the story goes like this..

I buy a psp from a senior member..,on his thread, it says zero dead pixel..

on the day of COD, some accident happen so i was late for COD, then..i just quickly browse thru the psp, i didnt check the psp for dead pixel carefully, given tat the enviroment is very bright and i was rushing tat time..

so as he say zero dead pixel..so I just trusted him..

however, when i get back to my car, i found out tat i has around 5-8 number of dead pixel..I wan to call him, but my hp was spoilt at time..what is fate..

after a day, I tell him that his set actually got dead pixel..ask to see wat can be done..then he say go claim shop warranty..but i dun think it works coz the set is already almost 3 months old..then nvm, i ask him to give discount lah..refund me rm50 or like around tat. He refused to do so too..

aih..after alot of frustrating message, finally i dun wanna ask him anymore..
Just assume this is a well lesson learnt.

I just cant understand why, why it has many dead pixel, but still say zero dead pixel?..I know..they are not dead pixels..they are stuck pixels..but please dun play word games..I think all ppl around here always assume tat stuck and dead pixels are the same thing..we call as dead pixel..

well..if u wanna say so..then ok..FINE !!

Just cant understand why cant be honestly about the product u selling ? head over to my LCD bulk thread, I check every LCD Monitor, and post the ammount of dead pixels they have..giving a discounted price..maybe I m too honestly already...

DAMN it..THIS A VERY GOOD LESSON LEARNT..

so...as a reminder..

When COD, please check ur items carefully...without regarding that is a newbie member, senior member..or even safe trader..they might be hiding the truth oso !!

JUST TRUST NOBODY WHEN COD..TRUST URSELF !!

Your "reminder" is not helping us much in moderating Trade Zone. If you want to help members, help mods/staff/admins too..

if there is no name being told, is no point of opening a thread of either complain or reminder....

Simple, you want us to remind a lesson yet we dont know who we need to remind to avoid from him/her.

btw, a senior member simply means that he's posted more than 500 times at a post counting section

In case of unsatisfied product just ask for refund. Give him back the product and ask refund money. Maybe pay him some petrol or packaging money lor. Consider he never sell the thing to you and you never buy from him. In case like this don't reveal him first. See can deal for refund or not. If cannot refund then reveal him la. There was once a trade of mine I found the product unsatify so I tell the seller I'll pay for both side shipping and pay him RM10 for packing and petrol to pos office. Altogether rugi RM3x but better than keep something not satisfy with.

hmm.. 5 to 8 dead pixels is quite a lot for such a small screen.. are you sure u can't claim warranty?

you have a great way of doing business and I would say you are very good trader and I am looking forward to do business to you. What I am saying is that do not just become a bad egg because of another bad egg. otherwise, you will become someone that you are angry with as in this thread.....

mm.. his description stated PSP 1000K region.. but when another fellow member ask him.. he stated PSP 1006K region..

so its 1000K or 1006 region? irrelevant info given.. u shud report this to moderators.. so tht other members will b aware..

he shud refund completely.. !

btw, where did he purchased the PSP fr? i doubt the shop is going to provide any warranty fer dead pixels..

refund ? i asked, he dun wan..then i step back, not full refund..only refund rm935, he dun wan oso, then i step back again, give me RM50+ discount.
