I feel quite disappointed because I feel like I m not getting wat I am paying for..but my mistake too that I trust a senior member at here too much..

the story goes like this..

I buy a psp from a senior member..,on his thread, it says zero dead pixel..

on the day of COD, some accident happen so i was late for COD, then..i just quickly browse thru the psp, i didnt check the psp for dead pixel carefully, given tat the enviroment is very bright and i was rushing tat time..

so as he say zero dead pixel..so I just trusted him..

however, when i get back to my car, i found out tat i has around 5-8 number of dead pixel..I wan to call him, but my hp was spoilt at time..what is fate..

after a day, I tell him that his set actually got dead pixel..ask to see wat can be done..then he say go claim shop warranty..but i dun think it works coz the set is already almost 3 months old..then nvm, i ask him to give discount lah..refund me rm50 or like around tat. He refused to do so too..

aih..after alot of frustrating message, finally i dun wanna ask him anymore..
Just assume this is a well lesson learnt.

I just cant understand why, why it has many dead pixel, but still say zero dead pixel?..I know..they are not dead pixels..they are stuck pixels..but please dun play word games..I think all ppl around here always assume tat stuck and dead pixels are the same thing..we call as dead pixel..

well..if u wanna say so..then ok..FINE !!

Just cant understand why cant be honestly about the product u selling ? head over to my LCD bulk thread, I check every LCD Monitor, and post the ammount of dead pixels they have..giving a discounted price..maybe I m too honestly already...

DAMN it..THIS A VERY GOOD LESSON LEARNT..

When COD, please check ur items carefully...without regarding that is a newbie member, senior member..or even safe trader..they might be hiding the truth oso !!

In case of unsatisfied product just ask for refund. Give him back the product and ask refund money. Maybe pay him some petrol or packaging money lor. Consider he never sell the thing to you and you never buy from him. In case like this don't reveal him first. See can deal for refund or not. If cannot refund then reveal him la. There was once a trade of mine I found the product unsatify so I tell the seller I'll pay for both side shipping and pay him RM10 for packing and petrol to pos office. Altogether rugi RM3x but better than keep something not satisfy with.

hmm.. 5 to 8 dead pixels is quite a lot for such a small screen.. are you sure u can't claim warranty?

so its 1000K or 1006 region? irrelevant info given.. u shud report this to moderators.. so tht other members will b aware..

How can more than 8 dead pixels cannot claim warranty?? I does affect the output quality of the device. Isn't there some standards that say if more than 3 dead pixels must be able to claim warranty?

sony won't give you zero pixel warranty (like lcd monitor does) for your psp. but still you need to meet a very high amount of "Dead or Stuck" pixel. approx above 15 or 20. (yup. very high)

shop will not warranty anything.. (if you purchase your psp via Grey Market/Parellel Import)

the first thing when you are purchasing a PSP (or a DS or any related to LCD TFT screen) always check is there any dead pixel or not.

kept on checking until you are satisfy. if you see there is some. (ask for exchange if there any left. Sony will let you change if you check it on the spot. then can exchange to a new one [you need to buy from them .. Duh~ ] )

once you confirm no more already. then you buy. remember, mostly all shop (even s0ny) after you see some back at home. there is no way to exchange another PSP.. (kept in mind that)

is more likely.. that they said excuse of "you didn't check carefully. so we can't do anything and we can't exchange your psp due to our "blar blar Policy"

but buyers also need to check carefully. (you are buying a allmost a 1k product) and also. don't COD on a time when both parties are in a "rushing mood"

That witchblade deserved to be blacklisted and earned a special tag for him to prevent ppl dealing with him anymore. Make the tag unviewable for himself and viewable by the others ?

1)saya buka new thread(WTS) ttg PSP utk dijual di lowyat net...yea...mmg masa saya buka thread tu..mmg dah check pada screen psp...mmg tiada dead pixel spl mindkiller kata....buktinya...mindkiller sendiri check sebelum membeli item tu...buat demo game dan pixel.utk pengetahuan korang screen masa itu hitam(background) jadi kalau ada dead pixel lagi mudah nampak...
2)selepas tu .mamat mindkiller ni check...aku sendiri kata..cek betul2 sbl beli..jadi no refund lah selepas jual.....dan mamat tu cek dan dia setuju utk membeli dengan rm950...sbb dia sendiri cek tiada dead pixel...
3)ntah mcm mana malam itu dia call dan claim psp tu ada dead pixel..sdgkan dia dah cek sbl ini tiada dead pixel...aku pon tak pasti apa definisi dead pixel bagi mamat nis....
4)item still ada 9bulan warantty...dan aku pon jarang guna psp ni..jadi aku komfem masa belum jual mmg tak ada dead pixel...tapi lepas membeli...dah pakai2 kat rumah..pastu claim ada dead pixel

yup dude...buy check already dengan mata/kepala dia sendiri before buy this psp..im meet he at midvalley megamall to COD deal...no cheat dude...and he check and confirm buy bcoz no dead pixel(try to play rage racer already)..how come after he go back to their house...he call me this psp got dead pixel...dari mana dtg dead pixel tu..im dont know...maybe he drop it...im not sure...so

mindkiller said you both dealing at bright environment place and definitely is very hard to judge the existance of deal pixels from there.

You paid RM40 for fuel to get the adapter?This thing also can kira one?I thought is included in the package.

Hope this case be settled soon. Don't simply to blame each other. To seller, actually u must going show up the psp with playing some demo game to see if got dead pixel or not.And if buyer satisfied to buy it then u can sell to him. To buyer, i'm know u want to rush buy the psp but just let give some time for tested it at least u know what condition the psp. Even the seller mention the psp it's ok but the price u buy it near RM1k. It's a big amount to me.Just my opinion only.Anyway guys, i hope u all can settle it soon.
