i have been warning ppl. but ppl just don't listen. now all kena....
pity you guys buying from irresponsible seller. better alert others.

ask for prove of your bad record or blacklist. maxis will provide. if the record is from maxis, they will provide the account number and amount as well. if it's from other telco, minimum they need to provide is which telco. if seller still playing punk, it's a bluff.
if it really gets to submit another ic, request for specific due date. just in case seller is buying time and drag for another weeks or months.
for all refund cases, it can be done. just seller not willing to provide. who want to lose another sales?
if your info already submitted to maxis, it should be done in no less than 7 working days.
how i know all these? because i'm in the same business as well.
worst scenerio and i don't wish this will happens, is to report to police. set a timeframe for the seller.
