QUOTE(gin&tonic @ Nov 14 2012, 09:36 PM) Can i install CWM recovery with Rom Manager? Will it replace my TWRP recovery? If it works, it will replace your TWRP - this is a very good recovery. Why even bother to change it Anyway Rom Manager nowadays is outdated and does not seem to work well on many devices Use Nexus7 toolkit to flash CWM recovery - quick and simple This post has been edited by benny888: Nov 14 2012, 10:12 PM

QUOTE(gin&tonic @ Nov 14 2012, 10:14 PM) TWRP backup size quite big @ 2.1gb. Possible to reduce the backup file size? CWM backup is about same size lah. There are 2 folders in CWM backup - one the backup folder but the balance bulk is in the obb folder - go and look inside it DON'T even try to tamper with these files as if you do guaranteed you will not be able to restore it. If you are using TWRP you can always backup to external Sdcard/or thumb drives and free your tab internal memory. I keep up to 4 backup of different roms in my thumb drives using TWRP CWM can ONLY backup to internal memory

QUOTE(minoxidil_trade @ Nov 14 2012, 10:11 PM) When will be the 3G version available on NewEgg.com?? I'm waiting to buy the 2nd one.... Same here. I suppose it depends on stock availability in the US - might take a while since even the Play Store ran out of Nexus 7s within hours of release.
