Well, from what we've seen, I think he's intrigued by her healing abilities. I don't think the arrancars can heal themselves the way hollows and shinigami can.

I dont think aizen is just interested about her healing. He is more interested about her abilty that can somehow "manipulate time" which maybe can be more use then just "healing".

her ability isnt about time IIRC. Its about "rejecting". The shield she used is to reject incoming objects while her healing is simply"rejecting the injury".

well, since epsilon_chinwk86 said that orihime's power is rejecting.. who knows aizen wanted her "rejecting" power to reject the HOUGYOKU from freezing? this will fasten the the time for it to be awaken... haha...

Her power is unknown even by aizen, im not sure if the Fat vaizard told her about the ability, I would love to read back, but I lost most of my manga collection due hdd failure.

What I remember is someone( maybe ulquiorra ) said "time manipulation" . That is why she can "heal" people even tho they lost half of their body.
