IMO, to beat that weird arrancar. Just flick a lighter, and show him the flame. The arrancar surely will be amazed. *Since it was just born*

They release their zanpaktou, but in a different way from shinagami which is that the zanpaktou combine with their master.
Grimjaw will use Bankai perhaps? If he do have one tho, or maybe only ulquiorra have it  |
