That the more reason why they should. Bankai is just too "old" already. Need something new, like Byakuya suddenly found The-Forbidden-Final-Ultimate-Release-of-a-Zanpaktou or somthing like that.

One of the arrancar also said that hitsugaya's bankai is not perfect. So... there is possibility that he will get more stronger.

Bankai is one different story, releasing their limit is also the same.

The arrancar was talking about his bankai, not his riatsu.

The bankai that Hitsugaya use agains that arrancar was the same with the one he fought with Aizen last time. But since because of the "limit", his riatsu was low agains that arrancar.

well he need reiatsu to complete the bankai?
reiatsu affects speed adn stuffs so it'll affect his bankai as well...

Anyway, I don't think Uruhara will even need to release his bankai to defeat the arrancar. Perhaps only his Shinkai. Just like how Isshin easily defeted the "failed" arrancar in just a flash without even needing to release his Shinkai.

What I tot was that the meaning of "complete" is hitsugaya still can perform better bankai then that. even if he is in release mode or not.

But the espada is facing the strange shop keeper now, not some puny shinigami...

ichigo now is doing much better job facing grimmjaw after bcoming a vizard...
however i still doubt bout ichigo since grimmjaw is now in handicapped...
plus ichigo can only last 11 seconds in vizard form...
