If you're referring to Ichigo's huge ass bandaged cleaver, I think that's his shikai form. He doesn't have a sealed form even the first zanpakutou (Rukia's) he held was like an oversized katana. I dont think zaraki is stupid enough to not know what is shikai or bankai.
