Vizards are Shinigami with Hollow Powers.

reason arrancar or vaizard is so powerful is there's no limit to their development....

I believe there is. Aizen mentioned in one of his ranting that by introducing the shinigami/hollow element, a soul can increase their limits tremendously. So this means their limits far surpasses nomal shinigami/hollow limits but there are still limits.

Yeah... I think there's still a limit although that limit surpasses' a normal Shinigmi's limit.

I think Aizen can be classfied as a Vaizard ? because he is a Shinigami at 1st who pursues Hollow power...not too sure...waiting for the storyline to unfold le...

illusion can be damn powerful, especially since his soul slayer power is complete hypnosis

actually there is one part i dun understand,
Aizen's complete hypnosis is when he use Shikai with his zanpatou (correct me if i'm wrong).. when Ichigo was on the Soul Society chapter, when he went n fight Aizen's that time..
Ichigo can't win due to the hypnosis rite.. but i wonder since when Ichigo saw Aizen's shikai...

Aizen's status is still unknown, as are Gin's & Tousen's. the manga hasn't stated anything about them yet since they left Soul Society eg. whether they have undergone changes or become more powerful.

Ichigo did not lose to Aizen because of Aizen's hypnosis. he lost because Aizen was too powerful. proof: he stopped Ichigo's blade with his finger.

That's one possibility. But another possibility is that we have to remember that Zangetsu and anti Ichigo are one and the same. It would be natural for anti Ichigo to be able to disrupt Ichigo's power and dissolve his zanpakutou
