The whole team is just not in form or you could say it's lack of ambition after seven years of trophy-less run. You could see the obvious difference between our players and their players, we were all relaxed and laid back when we lose the ball but ManU players constantly pressed us when we have possession to regain the ball. It doesn't look like we want to win at all.

Then you think about how we won against the giants last time, like the City match last year - we constantly pressed them and intercept to regain possession and something worked out in the end and everyone basically played really well.

We need to start winning something and let the players have a taste of lifting trophy, otherwise this is just going to be a one way road down the road and I can only imagine Wenger being sacked in the future. Arsenal need a big turning point now to revolutionize, which I can only see it as being possible when

- Wenger is sacked.

I understand that..but if really want to produce your own players then you must have a good wages structure that can match with other rival team...if not it will be like arsenal small company..man city bigger company..so every time employee cant get more salary as they progress..they will jump ship... same applied to arsenal..
