Is the ZX100 intended to be the new flagship? It seems to be listed at almost 50% of the ZX2's price on the Sony Japan store, wondering how Sony is positioning it.

nope, the zx100 at MYR2399 is to replace the zx1 with the zx2 remaining as the flagship.

the ZX100 had already hit the stores since last week, should be able to audit it easily. let your ears decide.

Hi, could not found a single review on xba-a3 here, can anybody willing to share in term of quality of the BA driver for high mid treble? as well as the bass effect on this 16mm dynamic driver along with other sony's xb series?

With 32ohm resistance, do it really need an amp?

Hi, another user here.
Definite improvement from xba-H3, and to my ears only slightly below Z5 (in terms of imaging).
For its price in MY I think it's quite a steal for what it delivers.
No hard need for an amp, my daily driver is direct DAP (A25 & ZX100), and it does the job quite well.
