as for faction side, u should give all factions a try first. all have different feel to weapons and how u handle them.

i suggest all of us...wear planetside universe siggy like me and -hobo- easier to recognized each other out....

maybe can joke with each other sometimes in the heat of battlefield ahhahah
or maybe can be spy...ha?!...haahhah

Needa watch TI3 group stage, so I stopped fight was good

I have this FPS issue, after GU13. Like many others. Anyone else?

FPS start dropping after awhile. At first it will crash my graphic driver, updated it, no more crash but FPS still drops.

i keep on crashing when playing this game..
so i uninstall by using the advance tool in launcher menu and try to reinstall back.but it takes so long to install back using launcher as well.do the game redownload everyhtg back during the reinstall process?.

bro if u uninstall that mean u deleted the game already. Ofcoz it will redownload everything back.

this game have have min requirement of 4gb ram (working 4gb that mean 32bit system need to do some tweak so that it wont crash too often)
if u already have more than 4gb and running 64bit, the crash might be originate from something else.

dammit..now need to redownload back.almost 3 days for me to finish the download. i have 8gb ram.even when i play i using the lowest setting.still the game crash.so frustrating..

oh before i forgot, disable the GPU physic / PhysX option u it turn on.
that thing still buggy like hell and cause lots of crash and FPS problem after using it for more than 15min.
i used to be able to use it without prob but since GU10 (GeneralUpdate/big update) im having this prob.

the game is good.but the crash really anoying.now im accidentaly delete the game.dem google..will try blacklight first.later try download back.or anyone kind enough to backup their ps2 file to dvd so that i can have it? ill pay the dvd + postage

my graphic card was AMD RADEON 7700 series...never had this problem..

my FPS was always around 35-55 fps......but usually i never endure such lagginess..well..i think its quite low...cuz maybe it was my internet connection...only 4MB streamyx...lol

reading the forum about this FSP issue....mostly maybe nVidia user effected by it..

im using radeon 7700 as well but still occur crash..dem

yea mostly nvidia user cause it enable GPU physic by default for nvidia card.
this PhysX is not really ready yet if u ask me.
btw this thing really make the game look 3-4 times fancier and awesome from the effects but it really obstructing when in battle.
the explosion fireworks will make u miss enemies that jump out from their exploding vehicles.

yeah from the forums it's mostly nVidia users. because after GU13 my game start to have "graphic driver crash" despite having one of the most stable old drivers.

Surprisingly though, today I had 0 FPS drops. And I have done nothing. I'm not playing at 60-90FPS at lesser infantry places and 35-55 at heavy infantry places.

no actually. i'm still in the old outfit. from the start of obt in Nov.
just that the name of the outfit keep changing.
MVEE -> 41BN -> XLI (these are all under 41st gaming community)
that YODA thing only change outfit tag cause we been planning on having a merge with another NC outfit IcFF (Incoming Freedom Fire).
their members feel that it is not fair to them if the merge happen but we still keep the old tag.
we still didnt merged yet as of now because the name and tag still not finalize yet.

well from the battlefield view the past few weeks....NC is becoming stronger, this is a good progress for the server.....more challenging fights will take place from this...

XLI...owh i always encounter them, but never i saw an engineer name -hobo- on his stationary mana turret out in the open....love to see that though....hehe

but then i can guess the reason why.....usually i saw low level noobies open mana turret on the open field....thats like a death sentences handed out to me in a silver plater..

the high level one will be very closed to the main objective though...and thats a good thing..

His name is GOM00 la lol, I met him a lot of times ad. XLI and IcFF is strong and always give a good fight. Just like 70XS and SOCA.

Sometimes, just sometimes, I wished I continued my NC character. But all friends are at Vanu now so... too bad.

huhu been a week or 2 now since im farming ps2 with my tanks (fully certed) all the way through

some knowledge i got being a tanker was...

1) u will get pawn with 3 striker user easily...only 3...now i realized wat mr. -hobo- said earlier about other than TR's ESF being so few in the air...

2) farming vehicle give u tons of certs

3) ur very hard to die in most situation

4) to my amazement i often caught many enemy sniper with unsuppressed sniper rifle lurking from behind my platoon to ambush (im using proximity radar on my tank)

5) i usually leave squad when my platoon asked to redeployed to a no man's land map

i think im losing my sniper skills sooner or later..... ....beginning collecting certs for my plane now...

just had a nice session.
NC being pushed back and forced to defend from inside the tech plant during alert.
so i just jumped into a phalanx turret and farm like crazy.
being force to fight 2 side at once quite fun once in a while.
TROL shy away from that fight after being push back once, if not it will be merrier.

that shy away thing....cuz i've played alot with them..actually they have a mentally called 'we farm them..not they farm on us' kinda thing...

the platoon leader will order an attack for the first time...he will then usually analyzed the situation..after maybe second attack failed to result in something good or productive...then the platoon leader usually gave a retreat order...usually just sit down at our base near the enemy...making a defense stance instead...

or lastly usually we need to defend a more important objective....i really hate this order if the objective if half way across the map... ..cuz im a tanker now...

when there is no alert...i think NC ppl also like this.... quit a couple of times the VS pushed out NC to their warp gate...if this happened...platoon leader will say 'ok farm cert guys' for hours.. ...both side got the benefit haahaha...
