Another two or relatives of mine who bought Block B is start serving the bank interest too.

Sorry Ted, i think you are in property line too. (i just check out your FB)
Anyway, i don't find it safe to expose so much in the FB.

FB connected to too many of our own privacy, not good to let people know where you stay too.

Just my advise to owner don't simply share this info in FB.

The current contractor for ZEFER hill will be the main cont for Verde.

Because the main cont for Zefer is not yet finishing the project, yet need to take over Verde in order to meet the due date, they will rush rush rush?

will that be the same thing happen to Atmosphera?? Sales person will then told you because project delay, rushing work, and the condo is sold cheap compare to current market. that is why quality is bad..

Another concern is the current main cont took over, are they giving current market level "Salary" for their material?
or the old price that offer to Encrop? if budget not enuf, what will happen to Verde?
