Heard that the actual ceiling height to be delivered will not be like the one seen at showroom, will be lower. Anyone check on this?
Has the main-con being appointed? Heard that because of the low selling price at RM550 and the margin available, developer is finding it hard to get the contractor...not sure how true??

Just wish to share the information for interested LYN forumner only lah...after all that is the objective of this forum... No offence to anyone but if this information help anyone to make a better decision then perhaps then it's good loh...

But if u visit presto at citta mall, can see few ang mo families shopping so presumed they stay in ara damansara

When quality issues happened, it is not only the contractor is at fault...the client or the developer is supposed to monitor the quality as they should have in house project manager to independent check on the contractors work
The developer also appoint an architect and other consultants who are to take instruction from the client which is the developer...and these consultants are to protect the interest of their client and the project and ensure that their professional reputation is also preserved
When quality issues happened repeatedly, it is just a sign of the incompetency of the developer or its indifferent attitude...sometimes leopard doesn't change it's spots...
When the main con is terminated and an accident happen, the developer should do some damage control and PR and keep the purchasers notified and give information as to what remedial action has been taken....
Sure that the end financiers would also ask about it...
