GTT (Golden Tourworld Tarvel) service is bad... Tour Guide are useless! How can the Tour Guide missed 4 person missing?? Is this how thier Quality of Workers?
The tour guide suppose to calculate amount of ppl before left the airport for interchange... Why and how come it can happen left my family 4 ppl in dubai.... Costing my family need spend 600USD for the next flight to join them back in Switzland....
Called the manager and the manager Rejected the complain said the tour guide do head count inside plane and said the it too late can't do anything...
I talked to the manager and he say not thier fault!!~~ V pay so much for travel is bcos wan ppl guide.. and this is wat v get?? I said i will complain to Consumer Dept... HE said he not scare v complain... even not scare v sue....
